Here are all my preliminary notes. Hopefully I can turn all this into some kind of cohesive document that adequately explains all the wonderful things we have learned and discovered. If not, hopefully my writing style, and I use the term loosely, will amuse you enough to make otherwise wasted time enjoyable.
