Mainly about Principle Component Singular Value Decomposition.

Is there anything newer in this area. I believe not.

The authors had a nice explanation of Recall and Precision.

"Recall is the ratio of the number of relevant documents retrieved 
to the total number of relevant documents in the collection..."

"...precision is the ratio of the number of relevant documents retrieved
to the total number of documents retreieved.

I want to reread this paper to see if I can get a better understanding.
