Provide technical leadership in a 10+ person team building effect planning software. Leadership duties include requirement analysis, preliminary and detailed software design, implementation, testing, facilitation of technical product reviews, assigning work to individuals, estimation of schedule and technical product size, end of phase coordination, and resolution of architectural issues.
